At present we possess the production and inter related machines and equipments to process the outsourced finished fabric. It includes processes from cutting to packing of garments at our factory.

We have 200 machines to produce high quality garments.

The list of sewing machines include over edging, chain stitch, waist band, picot stitch, blanket stitch, single needle lock stitch with edge trimmer, twin needle lock stitch, twin needle chain stitch and needle bar, arm feeder, electronic pattern sewing, flat lock, over lock, electronic bar tack, buttoning & fastener attaching etc.

The garments are of silicon washed, enzyme washed and over dyed. The high value-added garments include shirt, cardigan, jacket, tank top, vest, dress, pinafore, Bermuda’s, bloomer short, trousers, skirt, short overall, long overall, jumper, romper, pyjamas, night dress and many others.

The type of fabric procurement includes ottoman, twill, poplin, sheeting, Bedford, chambray, voile, rip-stop, corduroy, denim, flannel, micro Fibre poplin, nylon tactile and taffeta, year dyed checks and strips etc. Further, the fabrics are of reactive and pigment dyed, pigment, reactive and discharge printed, silicon washed, peach finished, yarn dyed etc. The processing is done conforming to Oako Tex Standard 100 norms.

Our organisation is in the process of adopting ISO 9001 2015, SA: 8000:2015 and Oeko Tex 100 STD. The recruited personnel possess the required knowledge and skill, to understand the technical details provided by the customer.

Our organisation also has engaged the required quality equipments to ensure that materials are both tested and inspected with the appropriate calibrated tools to maintain the prescribed quality norms of the buyer.
